Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish Speaker (2nd Shift), you will be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Two years of post-secondary education or higher, or a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and building customer loyalty.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
