Our store is a hub of activity, with a growing online antique auction shipping segment that's taking the industry by storm. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our success and help us continue to innovate and grow.
Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Promote arenaflex's products and services, including our online antique auction shipping segment
- Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's services and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in retail or customer service preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often hectic retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Bi-lingual skills a plus, but not required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working at a UPS Store or similar retail environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including our online antique auction shipping segment
- Experience with customer service software and technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
