Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative Agent – Work From Home Part-Time Focus Group Panelists, you'll participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. You'll have the flexibility to choose from online or in-person sessions, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or participate in-person at our facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to earn additional income, gain valuable insights, and contribute to shaping the future of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
- Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
- Use products and/or services provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Demonstrate a willingness to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
Essential Qualifications
* Possess a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Demonstrate a desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
