Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chat Operations Officer to lead and develop our chat operations team for our Astrology chat platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for matching supply and demand for a live business, creating a memorable experience for our customers, and providing them with the best possible experience. Responsibilities

As a Chat Operations Officer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Serving thousands of daily messages and ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Supervising the recruiting, hiring, and managing of a remote/office team (TBD)
• Developing conversation scripts and implementing them through our chat-bots
• Providing guidance and support to our chat operators
• Managing our live chat platform, including recruiting, hiring, and managing a remote team
• Developing and implementing continuous customer experience and service across the board
• Building and matching supply and demand with a live, 24/7 business

Essential Qualifications

* Experience in expanding and growing a team in digital operations on a global scale

• Experience in consumer-facing customer experience and service role is essential
• A good understanding of astrology is an advantage, along with a keen interest in the products and services in the world of astrology (if you feel like a good fit, don't worry about the knowledge as we could provide you with the training)
• A technical and analytics-driven operations leader with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation

Preferred Qualifications

* A passion for astrology and a keen interest in the products and services offered by arenaflex

• Experience in managing a remote team and working in a startup environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and build strong relationships with team members and customers
• Self-sufficient but comfortable taking guidance and feedback from team members and management
• Ability to learn, think on your feet, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
