Minimum Requirements:

Pay & Schedule Details:
You'll start at $25/hour and become eligible for $30-$35/hour after completing 30 shifts with strong performance. Use our internal calendar to schedule your own shifts each week, choosing between 4, 6, or 8-hour blocks. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
Training Overview:
* 2 hours of video walkthroughs
- Chat simulation practice
- One supervised shift for feedback
- Full access within 3-5 days of application approval
What a Shift Looks Like:
You log in at 10 AM, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat. With a focus on providing exceptional support, you wrap your shift with 20+ completed chats and zero calls.
