Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Providing assistance with arenaflex+ subscriptions, theme park reservations, merchandise orders, and other arenaflex-related products.
  • Delivering a customer-centric experience by offering knowledgeable and friendly support.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to streaming services, apps, and online accounts.
  • Processing refunds, exchanges, and service adjustments in compliance with company policies.
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately in the system and following up on unresolved concerns.
  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintaining knowledge of arenaflex's latest offerings, promotions, and policies to provide up-to-date information.
  • Upholding arenaflex's brand image by demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication in all interactions.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products, services, and entertainment offerings.

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Experience handling online customer support (email, chat, social media) is a plus. Background in working remotely or managing customer interactions digitally is desirable.
