Your Role as an Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing arenaflex's literature, brochures, and flyers to educate customers about our services
  • Entering customer information and activity records into our Contact Manager system
  • Responding promptly to email requests and maintaining open lines of communication with ownership and management
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
