Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues quickly. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing friendly, professional, and helpful tone in all chat communications
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through services, and offering product recommendations
  • Processing transactions and providing detailed follow-up information

Requirements
