Responsibilities
As a Digital Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence
- Assisting customers with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, and warranty questions
- Providing product information and assisting with website navigation
- Building relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
- Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Digital chat experience handling multiple chats simultaneously or pass a typing test with 55 WPM
- Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire
- 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
