Role Overview
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our online chat system. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing first-level technical support
- Assisting with order processing and account questions, ensuring seamless customer interactions
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, providing valuable insights for process improvements
- Collaborating with our support team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Schedule Options
We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle and preferences. Our available shifts are:
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Eastern Time)
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Eastern Time)
- Overnight Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Eastern Time)
Must-Have Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Reliable internet service and a dedicated workspace at home
- A desktop or laptop computer with a reliable operating system
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM preferred)
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
