Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Online Chat Assistant to join our growing support team. Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries via chat, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing chat templates and resources to ensure consistency and efficiency in your responses
  • Redirecting conversations when needed, escalating issues to the appropriate department, and following clear instructions
  • Updating chat logs and internal notes to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication
  • Multitasking and managing chat volume, prioritizing replies, and tracking open messages to ensure smooth responses
  • Collaborating with team leaders and supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve performance

A Day in the Life

Your day will begin when you log into the arenaflex support dashboard from your personal device. You'll check for announcements, updates, or special promotions that may affect customer inquiries. Once marked as available, you'll begin receiving incoming chats. Most of your time will be spent typing out helpful, clear responses to customers using provided scripts and chat tools. On slower days, you may have extended breaks between chats. On busier days, you'll manage multiple threads simultaneously. Throughout your shift, you'll have access to team chat rooms, help documents, and supervisors who can answer questions in real-time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • No degree required
  • Proficient in written English
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute is helpful
  • Comfortable using search tools and browser tabs
  • Access to a reliable internet connection
  • Own a desktop or laptop computer (mobile/tablet not supported)
