Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for managing inbound customer communications, consulting on customer success, maintaining working product knowledge, and tracking interactions in our CRM system. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing Inbound Customer Communications: Answer incoming emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consulting on Customer Success: Advise customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs, ensuring they achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Maintaining Working Product Knowledge: Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic, enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Tracking Interactions in CRM: Record customers' interactions in our internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 Years Proven Experience in Supporting Client Success: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and verbally, to address their needs and concerns.
  • Ability to Address Complaints and Issues with Effective Solutions and a Positive Attitude: A customer-centric approach to resolving complaints and issues, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customers' needs.
  • Passion for Delighting Customers with Above and Beyond Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations.
  • Excellent Time-Management and Prioritization Skills: The ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM System: Experience using a CRM system to track customer interactions and manage relationships.
