Job Description

As an Inbound Call Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions for major brands. You'll use our provided systems to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a phone-based customer service position that offers schedule flexibility and the ability to provide support from your designated workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, or product/service issues

Qualifications:

• U.S. resident (excluding residents of CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)

• Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Spanish language skills are a bonus
