Job Title: Treasury Management Support Specialist (Remote Eligible - KS, MO, AZ, NM, TX) Job Description: Summary: Responsible for onboarding new and existing clients to treasury management and business banking products. Works closely with individuals from Business Banking, Deposit Operations and Treasury Management to ensure efficient and effective product transitions for clients. Responsible for performing operational support and processing duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete the depository onboarding process for clients accurately and timely by setting up and training clients, testing NACHA and Positive Pay files, recording services and contacts and providing data to Treasury Management
  • Contact clients and Treasury Management to confirm and verify data accuracy and services
  • Complete daily Positive Pay process
  • Provide service and support to internal and external clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues and utilizing bank systems
  • Perform monthly account analysis processes
  • Assist in completing audits and examinations
  • Assist with Electronic Banking processes as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Three to five years related experience and/or training
  • Experience with Treasury Management products and services, account analysis, file reconciliation, NACHA and Positive Pay
  • Knowledge of banking products, systems and services

Computer and Software Skills:

  • Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:

  • AAP Certification preferred
