Position Overview: Customer Service Representative

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Compensation: $20.00 per hour / $40,300.00 annually

We're currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Indianapolis team as Customer Service Representatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for people who are passionate about helping others and want to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued policyholders. You'll play a critical role in delivering the personalized service that demonstrates why millions of customers trust arenaflex to protect what matters most to them. Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our customer service team, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer support by responding to policyholder inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
  • Address billing questions and concerns, helping customers understand their coverage, payments, and account status
  • Process policy changes including updates to coverage, personal information modifications, and policy renewals
  • Offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs, helping them find the right coverage solutions
  • Educate customers about their insurance options, policy features, and available discounts
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Document interactions accurately in our customer relationship management systems
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain service excellence and share best practices
  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry regulations, and company policies
  • Meet performance targets while maintaining high quality standards for every customer interaction

Qualifications & Skills We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience demonstrating the ability to showcase expertise, foster trust, and grow customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively, show empathy, and convey information clearly
  • Adaptability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Learning agility with a willingness to acquire new skills and adjust to changes quickly
  • Receptiveness to feedback with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
  • Technical proficiency including solid computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Minimum requirement: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Attributes:

  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or related customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual language capabilities (Spanish/English) – a plus but not required
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed
