Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll contribute to the complete operations of your assigned store, from assisting customers to maintaining a well-organized sales floor. Your efforts will directly help us maintain a positive shopping experience for everyone. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operate the cash register: Process all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and value.
  • Safeguard all monetary assets: Maintain the security of corporate resources and ensure that all cash transactions are handled with integrity and honesty.
  • Provide exceptional quality service: Foster a congenial and cooperative demeanor in your relationships with clients, peers, and superiors, and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with merchandising and inventory management: Help maintain a well-organized sales floor and assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Support cash register operations and customer service: Provide assistance to customers and colleagues as needed, and contribute to maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.
  • Conduct work activities with a focus on safety: Conform to and uphold all operational policies and guidelines, and participate in safety initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Mathematical calculations: Perform mathematical calculations proficiently to manage cash accurately and efficiently.
  • Effective communication: Strengthen your spoken communication abilities to facilitate effective customer interactions and contribute to a positive store environment.
  • Honesty and integrity: Adhere to a strict code of honesty and integrity, particularly in situations requiring the management of cash transactions.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous retail experience: Experience working in a retail environment, particularly in customer service or cash handling roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and customer service.
