Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer customer questions and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Computer skills, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a technical or telecommunications environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
