Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technology Services Group (TSG), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software
- Maintain password security, data integrity, and document framework security
- Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve technical issues
- Conduct site visits to investigate issues and implement solutions
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of computer equipment and software
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, and other internet browsers
- Specialized certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCP are a plus
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

* Experience with cloud-based applications and services
- Knowledge of database management systems and data analytics
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Experience with project management tools and software
