Customer Care is at the Heart of arenaflex

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise. You'll work closely with our drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Handling customer inquiries and providing information about our services
- Working closely with our drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
- Addressing any issues that may occur and providing solutions
- Handling 50+ calls on a daily basis
- Working hard and weekends when required
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently
Requirements
We're looking for someone with the following characteristics, skills, and experience:
- Two year's minimum previous customer care experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well-organised and punctual
- Reliable and supportive team member
- Multitasking and time management
- Honesty and professionalism in everything you do
- Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
- Comfortable handling with 50+ calls on a daily basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer care experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with social media and online platforms
