What This Role Is You’ll be trained to become a Health Specialist (Closer) — handling warm outbound leads, guiding customers, and closing deals in the health & wellness space. No cold calling. What You’ll Do

• Work warm inbound leads (no cold calls)
• Handle sales conversations and close on the phone
• Follow a proven script and system
• Hit daily KPIs:
• 300+ dials
• 20+ conversations
• Consistent closes
• Track activity inside our CRM

2-Week Trial Period Every new hire goes through a 2-week trial period. This is where you prove:

Compensation

• 100% commission-based
• Uncapped earning potential
• Commission tiers from 10% up to 22%
