Claim Representative, Outside Property Claims

Investigate and evaluate property-related insurance claims to determine coverage and liability. Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other involved parties to gather information and provide updates on claims status. Negotiate settlements with claimants and their representatives in a fair and efficient manner. Conduct on-site inspections of damaged property to assess extent of loss and provide accurate estimates for repairs. Utilize industry knowledge and company guidelines to make sound decisions on claim resolutions. Adhere to all state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed claim documentation and records. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely and effective communication with all parties involved in the claim. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex or high-value claims. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures to continually improve claim handling processes. Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Uphold company values and represent the brand in a positive and professional manner. Demonstrate a strong understanding of insurance principles and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
