What You’ll Be Doing
- Contact members who have requested information and arrange convenient appointment times.
- Conduct short phone or Zoom calls to confirm interest and explain next steps.
- Coordinate with licensed professionals who will review members’ coverage options.
- Keep accurate notes, updates, and schedules organized within the company’s digital system.
- Follow up with members to ensure appointments are completed and satisfaction remains high.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to build strong communication and organizational skills.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture where everyone works toward shared goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly phone manner.
- Confidence using basic technology such as Zoom, Google Workspace, or CRM platforms.
- Strong organization, reliability, and time-management skills.
- A self-driven and disciplined work ethic with the ability to thrive independently from home.
- A positive, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background screening.
