HVAC/Refrigeration Lead/Scheduler (Remote)

Job Description One of the largest Facility Maintenance providers in North America is Hiring! We are seeking skilled EPA Licensed HVAC Refrigeration Technicians Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for commercial installations and repairs, while executing outstanding customer service. Ideal candidate should be experienced with systems such as Lennox, Samsung, Daikin, Trane, and Coleman. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting refrigerant-based systems, electrical work, and installation tasks. We are looking for technicians who can work independently on projects and take initiative when necessary. We guarantee 40 hours a week and provide a company vehicle equipped with the necessary refrigeration and HVAC tools to complete work orders. • Scheduling, writing quotes, supervising.
• 70% refrigeration and 30% HVAC repairs
• Diagnose problems and make repairs.
• Repair heating and air conditioning systems.
• Test systems to ensure proper operation.
• Install and repair gas, oil, and electric furnaces, condensing units, heat pumps, and any other heating or cooling equipment.
• Test all safety devices on gas furnaces.
• Install, repair and maintain domestic water heaters.
• Isolate faults in electrical circuits using testing and reading electrical schematics.

Qualifications:

• EPA Type II license required
• Minimum 2 years experience HVAC
• Valid current driver's license for company insurance purposes
• Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm; overtime as needed.
