Product Manager, CRM
Job Description:
- Develop product roadmaps and define detailed product specifications for Veeva's CRM solution
- Work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to gather requirements and be the voice of the customer
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, operations to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts
- Evangelize products and act as subject matter expert for internal and external audiences
- Create and prioritize features, ensuring they are built, delivered with quality, and delight customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of product management experience
- Experience in obtaining and synthesizing customer feedback, assessing needs, and integrating into a cohesive design
- Curiosity for understanding how things work and asking the right questions
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and independent
- Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a feature backlog
- Track record of effectively collaborating with engineering/QA to define, design, and deliver product
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and formal presentation
- A strong sense of professional ethics
- Nice to Have: Experience with commercial aspects of the Life Sciences industry, configurable enterprise SaaS, Veeva Vault platform, prior software development experience or computer science degree
