Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Salesforce Architect at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with arenaflex's digital transformation strategy
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, including custom objects, pages, and workflows
• Ensuring data integrity and security by implementing data validation, data cleansing, and data encryption best practices
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
• Providing training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications and features
• Staying up-to-date with Salesforce releases, updates, and best practices to ensure arenaflex's Salesforce environment is optimized and secure

Requirements

To be successful as a Full Stack Salesforce Architect at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, and administration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, and integration
• Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with data integration and ETL tools, including Informatica and Talend
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Salesforce Certified Developer or Administrator certification
• Experience with cloud-based development tools, including AWS and Azure
