Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process a high volume of data, including passenger information, flight schedules, and other relevant details

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including passenger information and flight schedules
• Perform other duties as required, including data entry, customer service, and administrative tasks

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license required
