Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting interviews with more experienced initiatives for financial accounting-related matters
  • Performing complex exercises related to maintaining record accounts, creating budget summaries and administrative reports
  • Accumulating and auditing financial information for financial and administrative reports
  • Surveying information from the overall record, unit reports, and other financial systems to ensure accuracy
  • Preparing and auditing account reconciliations and certificates
  • Analyzing projects related to financial accounting methodology, techniques, or systems
  • Performing ongoing financial control capabilities as per internal control arrangements
  • Providing useful counsel and training to employees
  • Offering support for consistency and risk management requirements
  • Collaborating and communicating with partners throughout the project

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analysis, financial reporting, accounting disclosure, or risk announcing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

Desirable Capabilities

* BA/BS degree or higher in accounting

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to present complex material in an edible, consumable way to all levels of management
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Alteryx experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (solid understanding of Excel, pivot tables, and so on)
