Data Entry Specialist Role
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to our mission of identifying and attracting top talent from around the world. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area, identifying potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical professional with excellent teamwork and multitasking skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
- Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
- Collaborate with our multicultural team to ensure seamless communication and project delivery
What We're Looking For:
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
