Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Schedule

arenaflex operates on a variety of schedules, including:

  • Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Eastern (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Pacific)
  • Weekends 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific)
  • Revolving evenings, nights, and weekends availability is needed due to an increase in staffed hours
