Responsibilities

As a Remote Recruiter for Customer Service Excellence, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Conduct Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various customer service positions within arenaflex, ensuring timely placements and meeting staffing needs.
  • Source and Attract Candidates: Utilize a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Review Resumes and Applications: Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and skills to determine the best fit for our customer service roles.
  • Conduct Phone Screens and Interviews: Assess candidate fit, behavior, and cultural alignment through phone screens and interviews.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Interviews: Work closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews, ensure a smooth recruitment process, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand position requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide recommendations to ensure successful placements.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Offer expert advice and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Conduct Reference Checks and Background Screenings: Verify candidate credentials, references, and background information as needed.
  • Extend Job Offers and Negotiate Terms: Make job offers, negotiate employment terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Field: A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven Experience as a Recruiter: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is required.
  • Strong Knowledge of Employment Laws and Regulations: Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices is essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the recruitment process.
