The Role

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering professional and high-quality customer service through inbound calls, chat, and email communications. You'll be empowered to take initiative, follow established procedures, and provide resolutions for customers. Your compassion, problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude will help you thrive in this role and make a meaningful impact on our clients' experiences.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound service calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and processes
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development, staying ahead of the curve in the CX industry
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives
• Continuously improve processes and procedures, identifying areas for growth and development

Qualifications

* Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers

• Problem-solver with a can-do attitude, able to think critically and make sound decisions
• Eager to advance your career with a reliable company, committed to growth and development
• Enjoy working independently and with a team, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Must be 18+ years of age, with a high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Must pass a background check and drug-screen
