Key Responsibilities
As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring seamless data management and minimizing errors.
- Report Assembly: Compile and assemble reports, utilizing your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data sets.
- Clerical Duties: Perform a range of clerical tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring seamless workflow.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all data entry and administrative tasks.
- Data Entry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data entry, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
- Office Clerk Experience: 1 year of experience in an office clerk role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
