Job Summary

As a Senior Product Analyst Manager, you'll be responsible for providing quantitative insights and business solutions to our partners across the organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies to inform our product development and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

* Perform advanced data analysis using a range of tools and techniques, including SQL, R, and Python

• Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to drive growth
• Own projects from start to finish, including issue definition, data collection and analysis, and presentation of findings to stakeholders
• Address complex or ambiguous issues by leveraging existing frameworks and collaborating with team members to break down large problems into manageable tasks
• Supervise the integration of cross-functional project timelines, drive enhancements and recommendations, and define functional objectives and targets
• Provide guidance and achieve results through driving and influencing the contributions of others

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a data-driven organization
• 3+ years of experience using data analysis to solve business problems, including experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Asana
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a data-driven organization
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including experience with tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms, such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of data governance and data security principles

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
