As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our clients, working closely with our overseas admin team, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, resulting in efficient handling of listings and support tickets.
  • Managing your workload independently, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities, and meeting deadlines without the need for constant supervision.
  • Collaborating with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including rotating weekends, and adjusting your schedule as needed to ensure seamless support.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex by providing feedback, suggestions, and ideas for improving our products and services.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a kind, helpful, and professional manner.
  • Native fluency in U.S. English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, and adjust your schedule as needed to ensure seamless support.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as ZenDesk, and other business tools, such as Slack and JIRA.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the benefits and challenges of remote work.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures.
