Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring our patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts in a timely manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our patients and their families. Your role will be critical in promoting the arenaflex mission, values, and philosophy, and serving as a role model for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure PH&S patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts in a timely manner

• Be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handling time standards
• Treat customers with compassion and respect, while protecting their privacy
• Perform all duties in a manner that promotes the arenaflex mission, values, and philosophy
• Serve as a role model for the values and mission of the organization

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service required
• Note: Staff coming on board as "on-call" (non-benefited) may have the education and experience requirements waived

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's Degree

• Bachelor's Degree
