Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone, providing assistance and solutions to their inquiries. You'll be the face of arenaflex, building trust and rapport with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
