Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize active listening skills and probing questions to understand customer needs and concerns
- Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed and accurate information to customers
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
What We Offer
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
- Flexible 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles
