Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Responsibilities
* Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex products and services
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Enter data into multiple online systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
- Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of fast-paced office experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at one company in your work history
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality with excellent verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Good technical skills, including proficiency in PC and web-based applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and focused
- Experience working with the 65+ age demographic, with patience and understanding
- Quiet, distraction-free home office with a PC or MAC and high-speed internet
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced doctor's office or small insurance company
- Familiarity with Medicare insurance products and services
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Work Environment
* Remote work environment, with the ability to work from home
- Collaborative team environment, with regular video chats and communication
- Flexible work schedule, with the ability to work from 8:30 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday
