Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns
• Making policy changes, recommending products, and providing personalized service to meet their needs
• Working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, adapting to changes quickly, and maintaining a positive attitude
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
