Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 3-4 month contract basis, with the possibility of extending or converting to a permanent position. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data, while providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work remotely and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering client employee payroll information and personal employee information into internal/external systems in a timely and accurate manner
• Updating client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
• Maintaining accurate account information and ensuring the integrity of client taxes
• Providing exceptional support to clients and internal teams, while ensuring high levels of data accuracy and quality
• Working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, while providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
• Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
