Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our systems, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a full-time remote position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our business, including communicating with colleagues and management as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, as measured by management

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science

• 2+ years of experience in a data entry or customer service role, preferably in the airline industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
