About arenaflex's Customer Listening Team

arenaflex's Customer Listening Team is responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback from over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider segments. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Statistics Architect, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business needs
• Developing and leveraging knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Providing analytical insights and batch/real-time answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
• Offering guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and building automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
