Experienced Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager – Data Insights & Business Strategy Development

Our Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) team is a critical component of our organization, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth. As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about using data to tell stories and drive business outcomes. Responsibilities As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and inform decision-making across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing Marketing Mix Models for various business initiatives * Transforming version outcomes into insights to help stakeholders understand historical media effects and trends in media performance * Developing and delivering productive, insightful analytic displays that provide consultative paths to key stakeholders * Building diverse statistical models for arenaflex business initiatives and business problems * Performing exploratory data analysis to gain insights into business operations and validate data Basic Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to have: * Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and machine learning methodologies, including multivariate regression, combined models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting * Proficiency in R or Python for data mining * Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to summarize and present advanced analytics to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications While not required, we are looking for candidates with: * High scalability using R or Python for data mining * Prior work experience within a media company or analytics consulting firm * Knowledge of marketing or media blend modeling * Expertise in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies * Experience with SQL and relational databases Required Education To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research. Preferred Education While not required, we are looking for candidates with a Ph.D. or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research.
