Key Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, using a guide to navigate customer interactions in the customer's preferred language
- Resolving basic technical issues and answering customer questions about our clients' products and services
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in our database
- Staying up-to-date on our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and other devices
- Offering additional products and services to customers
- Providing expert customer experiences with a smile
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
- Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Desire to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs
- A reliable computer and internet connection (high-speed internet is required, and a smartphone is also necessary)
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
