Position Overview

  • PDF Data Extraction: Efficiently process data entry tasks from PDF documents, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all assigned projects. You will carefully review source documents to extract relevant information while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Document Creation: Input information into Microsoft Word documents with precision, ensuring proper formatting, spacing, and organization that meets our client's specifications and quality standards.
  • Data Verification: Verify data integrity by comparing entered information against source documents, implementing quality control checks to ensure a high degree of accuracy (minimum 98% accuracy rate required).
  • Spreadsheet Management: Skillfully create and manage data within Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, including data entry, formatting, basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and maintaining organized workbook structures.
  • Independent Work: Embrace remote data management tasks with minimal supervision, showcasing strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
