About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll become an integral part of our online market research department. What You'll Be Doing

Your daily responsibilities as a Remote Data Entry Specialist will include:

  • Email Customer Service Management: Respond to customer inquiries through our online ticket response system, providing timely and accurate assistance using our comprehensive best-answer templates
  • Data Entry Operations: Accurately input, verify, and maintain data in our secure database systems, ensuring information integrity and completeness
  • Survey Management: Assist with online survey distribution, monitoring, and preliminary data compilation for research projects
  • Product and Service Reviews: Review and categorize consumer feedback, identifying key themes and insights for our clients
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high accuracy standards in all data entry tasks, double-checking work for errors before submission
  • Client Communication: Represent arenaflex professionally in all customer interactions, building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and data processing activities as required

Technical Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal computer (PC or Mac) that is no more than 3-4 years old
  • A reliable, secure internet connection (public computers or public internet connections are not permitted)
  • The ability to use your own secured 3G or 4G systems if needed (you'll be responsible for data usage)
  • Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple software applications

Compensation & Benefits
