Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Co-Op to join our team and help us deliver statistics-driven solutions and automation geared towards constantly improving our overall performance and decision-making. As a Data Entry Co-Op, you'll work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement, design and implement new processes, and deliver solutions to reduce tasks and increase efficiency. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Co-Op at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to our mission in the following ways:
- Data Entry: Input, update, and verify data in our company database with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Work with team members to address discrepancies or missing data, ensuring the integrity of our database.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.
- Project Management: Utilize project management skills to ensure all obligations are completed on time and on budget, contributing to the success of our projects.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and design/implement new processes to increase efficiency and reduce tasks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Education: A degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology.
