Job Description
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email channels. You'll be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.
