Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Customer Care Center, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
• Guiding customers through the ordering procedure online
• Addressing and resolving post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
• Utilizing a range of software tools to address client inquiries
• Working with outside shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international concerns
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve department goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school graduation or its equivalent
• Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries
• Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders
• Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
• Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
• A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
• Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service
• A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian
• Experience working in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment
• Knowledge of fashion trends and styles
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Work Environment

Our call center is open every day from 7 am to 9 pm, and we require flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings. You'll be working in a dynamic, multitasking environment, and you'll need to be able to thrive under pressure while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
