Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our packaging strategy and operations team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data sets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions, and developing innovative solutions to improve our packaging processes. Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain accurate and up-to-date data sets, including packaging information, product specifications, and supplier details
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including packaging, procurement, and logistics, to drive business decisions and improve packaging processes
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize packaging efficiency, reduce costs, and improve sustainability
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure accurate and timely data exchange
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to improve our packaging processes
Essential Qualifications
* 4-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as business, engineering, or data science
- 4+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field, with a focus on packaging or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with packaging software, such as SAP or Oracle
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
- Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field
